Welcome to shoot3rs.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any media packages, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by SHOOT3RS. By accessing our website or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Media Package Agreement

By purchasing a media package from shoot3rs.com, you agree to the following:

• Single Game Coverage:
  Unless otherwise stated, each media package applies to one (1) game only.

• Game Selection:
  If you list more than one (1) game in your order, the assigned photographer (referred to as a “SHOOT3R”) will choose one (1) game to capture content from.

• Duration of Coverage:
  The SHOOT3R will remain for the game only until sufficient content has been collected. The SHOOT3R will not stay for the entire game unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Content Delivery:
  Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered digitally via email or download link within the estimated timeframe communicated at booking. Delivery times may vary depending on event volume and editing workload.

• Watermarking:
  All content delivered will include a SHOOT3RS logo watermark. This watermark must not be altered, cropped, or removed under any circumstances.
   

2. Requests for Unwatermarked Content

• Clients may request unwatermarked versions of their photos or videos for an additional fee or with prior written approval from SHOOT3RS.

• Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the intended use of the content.

• If approved, unwatermarked files will include a limited commercial license outlining how the content can be used.

• Unauthorized removal, editing, or covering of the SHOOT3RS watermark or logo is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
   

3. License & Credits

• All delivered media remains the intellectual property of SHOOT3RS.

• Clients are granted personal, non-exclusive rights to share content for personal or social media use.

• When posting on social media, proper credit must be given using “📸: @shoot3rs” or tagging @shoot3rs in the post caption.

• Brands, organizations, and sponsors wishing to use SHOOT3RS content for marketing, promotion, or advertising purposes must obtain a commercial license from SHOOT3RS prior to use.

• Content may not be sold, resold, or distributed without written consent.

• Any misuse or unlicensed use of SHOOT3RS media may result in removal requests, takedown notices, or legal action.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Due to the nature of custom photography and media work, all sales are final and non-refundable once the shoot begins.

• In the event that a SHOOT3R cannot attend your scheduled game due to an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance, you may be offered a credit toward a future event or a rescheduled shoot, at our discretion.

5. Responsibilities of Clients

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and player information.

• SHOOT3RS is not responsible for missed content due to schedule changes, limited access, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

SHOOT3RS and its photographers will not be held liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from delays, cancellations, or errors outside our control.

• Unfavorable environmental or lighting conditions that may affect photo or video quality.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
